Truecaller launches Truecaller 8, presenting its app in a completely new design at its first annual 'Stay Ahead' event. Talking about the new Truecaller 8 features, the company has partnered with ICICI Bank and introduced the UPI based mobile payment system Truecaller Pay. Truecaller pay:This is a mobile payment backing service which has been started with the large private sector banking sector ICICI Bank of India.Users can send and receive payments through this service. Truecaller Pay will provide hundreds of users with fast service to create UPI IDs, send money in any UPI ID or send money to any registered mobile number in Bhima App. Through this app, users will also be able to recharge the mobile number.
Video Calling:In Truecaller 8, the company has introduced a new video calling option in collaboration with Google Duo to give better video calling service to the customers. These new video calling options will come only for both Android and iOS users in the coming months. The company said in its statement that video calling from new video calling will be easier and faster.
SMS Service:With this new SMS feature, customers will get full control over their phone inbox. Flash Messaging:With this new feature, users will be able to send a pre-defined message in a quick way to any translator user. So that the front can get their location, state of mind and other information.
Airtel Truecaller ID:Truecaller has teamed up with Airtel to introduce the new Airtel Truecaller ID. Through this step, TrueLine Caller ID is expanded to Airtel's non-data users using the feature phones via Flash SMS. This means that users running Airtel's network in the feature phone will be able to access the caller using the 'Airtel Truecaller ID'.
TrueSDK for iOS:This feature was so far only available for Android, now it has been made available for iOS too.
