1. Open Chrome Developer Tools tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Windows users can also open it via ctrl + shift + I shortcut key. Mac user can open it via Option + cmd + I
3. Then select the console tab.
4. Then paste this text in "document.cookie =" VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE = fPQ4jCL6EiE "and then press Enter.
5. Then, close the Developer Tools tab and then refresh the page.
6. Now you will see that YouTube has started looking a little different. Although still it will be white only.
7. After this, going to the main settings menu on the right, you will see the dark mode section.
8. Now toggle the dark mode and it will activate on your page.
